Our leadership team is dedicated to building a strong foundation for NAVC. Technical Director Blair Cudmore guides the club’s technical vision and athlete development, bringing years of experience as a player and coach. Roxanne Goar, our Club Director, oversees operations, communication, and team support, while John Haeni, our Equipment Manager, ensures our teams have everything they need to succeed on and off the court.
