Refund Policy

Niagara Athletics Volleyball Club is a not-for-profit organization. Unlike a government organization, we must cover all expenses and cannot operate at a loss.

We are proud to provide high-quality volleyball programs to youth at an affordable price. To maintain this, parents registering for a program must share the liability with the club and agree to the following four terms of our refund policy.

Term 1

If a participant is unable to attend class(es), refunds, credits, or makeup class(es) will not be offered.

Term 2

Withdrawals up to one week before the start of the program or event will be charged a $25 administration fee. Withdrawals after this date, but before the program or event begins, will be charged a $50 administration fee.

Term 3

No refunds or credits will be issued after the start of the program. No exceptions, medical or otherwise.

Term 4

  • If the club cancels a program before it begins, we will refund in full.

  • If one or more classes are cancelled (e.g., due to weather or reasons beyond our control), the club will refund the participant for the missed class(es), less a $10 fee.*

* The $10 fee helps cover fixed costs such as t-shirts, certificates, insurance, and administrative expenses related to issuing refunds.
