Steve has over 27 years of experience coaching elementary school volleyball and 5 years at the travel club level. He led the U13 boys team in 2021–2022 to a Tier 1 finish and 4th in Ontario. His U15 Aces girls team rose 72 rankings in one season under his leadership. He has also placed 5th in the 2018 Ontario School Provincial Championships and has organized leagues and tournaments across DSBN for 25 years. Known for passion, commitment, and proven results.
